4 weeks Core Restore Workshop (Monday/Tuesday/Saturday)
For those with an abdominal wall separation (DIASTASIS RECTI) up to 2,5 finger width, incontinence issues, chronic back pain since they got pregnant or those moms that need to strenght in a more focused way their Pelvic Floor and Core muscles. This programme is dedicated to helping moms understand what’s happened. Knowing the Why’s and What’s matter A LOT!
Due to this course is just once a week, it is the perfect choice for those who combine it with another of our programs like Le FitMom & Baby Classes/ FitPregnancy “4FitMoms 2be”or FITWOMAN 4Life. Or for those people who exercise on their own but in a controlled way, knowing what to do and what not to do to not make the situation worse.
Each session has a duration of 50 min and we give you different options to make it:
– Private 1-1 with the rehabilitator trainer
– Group. Max 5 people per group.
– Silver package: Training + nutrition or physiotherapy
– Gold package: Training + nutrition + physiotherapy
Your choice depends on you, your individual circumstances, how serious is your problem and the importance you consider when solving it.
